Shipping costs for orders made through the Hops website are calculated based on the total weight of the
packaged order and calculated against the cost per kilogram to send to the destination.

For orders of three pairs of shoes or more, please contact us prior to ordering so that we can arrage the most cost effective shipping solution for you.
Any product that is considered faulty by the customer who purchased the goods must make contact through email to email@example.com within 21 days of purchase. A photo of any faulty goods needs to be sent in this email to Hops in order to evaluate the fault. If the product is deemed to have a manufacturing defect, a replacement product will be shipped to the customer.
